Message on the newer camshafts, but it requires a spacer to lengthen the nose on the cam.
You just can't use the 1994+ VTC gears on the older camshafts as the shaft nose is too long.

Dee's VTCs aren't brand new - they were brand new for his last engine but after the rebuild I think they are somewhere around 15K miles or so.

HE had springs and the 400 cams before as well.. But he upgraded to the 500 cams on the last rebuild.
